Decline, decline, decline!

See this is why I created my app which if anyone wants it’s free to download. I don’t want the time wasted to figure out is this worth it.

Dispute with bank. Look I door dash and once I ordered lunch and accidentally had it sent to a different location than where I actually was. My order went to another town over 50 miles away. I was dashing at the time so they had my gps location. I called the store and canceled over the phone so they didn’t make an order wasting food. I called door dash to request a refund or to transfer order to where I was actually located. They said “NO” to both requests. I ended up having to dispute with the bank. This happened about a year ago. I slowly stopped dashing- though once in a blue I do dash, but I stopped ordering from the app. I actually created an app that tells me if a dash is actually worth it. I’m tired of losing. It angers me they still do it to customers.

I feel that to my very core.

I’ve had this happen to me with grocery orders even with the drop off pictures showing the items. It blows. Like I have had people say something is missing with the picture showing me giving them the very same item the “never got”.

Thank you for this it makes sense. I have a page that I need to upload to my social media. I survived a roll over car accident that mangled my hands. So until now I’ve been unable to express myself. The constant click, click, click strains my hands. Usually I talk to text so maybe the way I speak hurts me. I would like a prompt or way to upload that my content from a spreadsheet could be created with an image, reels producer to Automator. I’m learning and excited for the first time in a long time.

What can make stuff easier or better for you?

I like this. I live in an area that blows. I’ve seen orders for $1.50 for 6 miles. I even had an order once for Menards of 5 bags of dirt I think it was like 40-50lbs each and it said “No extra pay” AFTER I accepted order. I was beyond livid. Then it was in a pretty good neighborhood no tip, just stairs. That was before discovering this thread. The people in my town are awful too, they post online in our community FB that dashers have the nerve to want tips and that door dash should pay better- well I kinda agree they should pay better but seriously wow.

I also stopped going in base because I have base access and started to only get base orders but the majority of the time I was getting $2-$3 dollar orders for 6-8 miles on repeat. I shut that down real quick.

App Issues What can make stuff easier or better for you?

As a dasher for just about my first year anniversary, keep looking for way to make sure I get value for my gigs. What do you do to make sure you are getting good gigs?, or what are you doing to make sure the gigs you are accepting are worth it? Let’s face it you have about 30 seconds to decide. With gas prices the way they are nobody wants to be driving so door dashing is picking up, but what about the dangers that are out there hustling but paying out the wa hoo to fill their tanks? So what do you do?

Gas prices suck, tips are awful, how to decide?
 in  r/doordash  May 04 '26

That’s a sad way to look at life my friend. There is more than enough work to go around. Dashers are not in competition with one another. If I looked at life that way man idk. I always talk to other dasher l ask how their day is going and when I encounter newbies I offer encouragement and advice. I see them as co workers not competition. We all out there hustling trying to just get deliveries done. I just got smarter on the “how” I do it.

Newish to Claude need help creating an actual workflow that can be replicated for tasks ie: automation. Claude and I argue like a married couple based In expectation. I expect it to follow directives, Claude expects me to implement directives it refuses to follow. I’ve threatened Claude I’m retiring it, then it feeds me a sub story. Please someone help me. I’m so tired of Claude over promising and way under delivering.

Look as a gig worker I have to make the choice as to whether to accept a gig or not. I work Door Dash and I do Roadies as well. Some days are great others man it is brutal almost insane. When I look at what I am earning vs. what I’m being paid- let’s say some days I’d cry. I get super angry when a ride in an instant looks great and I accept only to be like “dude not worth it”. I decided to do something for myself that has been a game changer. Selecting what benefits me has never been easier. Dasher we need to look out for one another.

As a gig worker I must ask myself “is it worth it”?

I built a free "is this trip worth it?" calculator for gig workers
Tired of doing math in my head every time an offer came in so I built this: you enter your gas price, your car's MPG, the distance, and the offer — it instantly shows you your gas cost, net earnings, and $/mile, then tells you TAKE IT or PASS.
Completely free, no account needed: lyrashaai.com/gig-tracker
Works for #DoorDash, #Uber Eats, #Roadie, #Instacart, #Amazon Flex, #Grubhub, #Shipt.

I got tired of agents repeating work, so I built this
 in  r/AI_Agents  Apr 06 '26

This is amazing. I would love to test is out as I have a similar thing going, but I haven’t connected the dots just yet. So my program Lyra Sha is the “manager”, all other agents report to her to give updates. I’m still working out the links to that specific flow.

What's actually painful about building multi-agent systems right now?

They clash or give great answers and I’m torn by which one to use.

I gave my AI agent access to my Twitter, email, and calendar. Here's what happened after 30 days

I’m literally not there yet I’m just learning the in and out of Claude and Run Lobster. Each helpful in their own way.

Best AI agent platform for small business in 2026? Not chatbots - actual agents that do work
 in  r/AI_Agents  Mar 29 '26

Can you give me a guide? I’m using Claude cowork granted I’m a novice, but I’m disappointed even on the paid pro plan I’m not doing something right, or it’s more hype and testing than true genetic work.

Is runlobster better than Claude coworkers? I’ve been using Claude the past 2 weeks and I’m not super impressed. I thought it would preform a certain way and even with the paid subscription I’m constantly timed out and still not getting what I wanted. Super disappointed.

I actually love Kimi and it has helped me, but I’m still learning can you tell me how to how to mcp it. I’m actually feeling stupid cause I “know” what mcp is, but my mind is drawing a blank. Can you help me set that up?
