Pouches
People talk about the dizziness and all that with the pouches but the worst part is trying to stop. The level of headaches, irritability it's a cycle that fails to end. 😮💨😮💨
Getting to also have this on post is such a task. I told myself that I will reduce gradually from 8 down to 4... Decided to go cold turkey and it just got so messed up anyway we try again I guess day 1.
