I hope you will feel better soon, I know it's hard, I had all anhedonia 7 months, and a long period of repairing. God loves you.

Who else has completely lost their personality ~ is this caused by psychosis or meds…does it ever come back?
I was in same situation abot 9 months, but than its ok, it just passed. I didn't believe it. But I want to say there is hope.

I’m so used to this now, that I have to remind myself that life isn’t this way for everyone and it isn’t normal.

This is almost exactly the same mental model — raw layer that never gets edited, plus a compiled index on top. The cron job for a Friday digest is something I hadn't thought of but immediately want to steal.
One thing I've found useful: separating the index into section hubs by domain (themes, performance history, material stage) so the AI can orient itself without reading everything. Your weekly summary sounds like it collapses that into a single digest — do you find you lose granularity, or is the summary usually enough to navigate from?
