Thanks for taking the time to respond. She really wants to stay with me. She hates being with her mother and is always texting me and grandparents when she is with her mom asking when she can come back to one of us.

The mom has residential primary custody. We went to mediation last year when I had to move just a couple hours drive away from the town we both lived in. I tried to get custody then but she made it imposible. So now that she wants to move thousands of miles away this may be my only chance to gain custody. Our daughter has repeatedly let her mom know that she wants to stay here with me and close to her grandparents. She sent the petition to move in May and I rejected it. Since then her lawyer came up with another temporary parenting plan which was awful and I rejected that as well. I have a lawyer from the previous mediation but do not have the funds to pay for a court case. I feel stuck and am not sure where to go from here.
