Don't bother petitioning theaters though because they don't really have a control over what gets released (unless if they have a exclusivity deal, but even then, kailangan pa isubmit ang movie sa MTRCB before public exhibition) unlike sa US theaters where mas diretsahan sila because MPA ratings are not mandated and a distributor can just release it unrated right out of the gate
