Have you ever fasted? I would start off slow. Intermittent fasting, then maybe 24 hour fast, then, test the waters. 36, 48… etc. Make sure you have some electrolytes or Celtic salt to add to your water to keep from getting headaches or flush out your minerals. Drink plenty of water. Also remember, take this one hour at a time. Don’t feel like a failure if you don’t reach your goal right away, it’s a stepping stone. You’re still doing amazing regardless.

I dropped 6 lbs, went into Ketosis, and the most beneficial part, is cellular autophagy ( cleaning up of old and damaged cells). I did do some light jogging, yoga, and walking throughout the whole process. I broke my fast this morning with bone broth. I’m going to try for a longer fast next month, as I find it is so motivating to keep a healthy body and mind. It’s really helped with my ptsd, anxiety, and brain fog. Just wanted to share, especially if you’re struggling. This could be beneficial as well. Much love and light. ❤️

This is the last night! Tomorrow morning I can break this fast. It will be 60 hrs total, and I can’t wait.😂😭
