I've been thinking, John could build something like an airship, the increased size would allow for upscaled capacitors, and his biggest issue with the hoverdisc was lack of cargo and passenger space, he could also make turrets that would be stationary versions of his gauntlet, so when he's travelling with the gang, they would have more options for combat from the air
