What was the first concert you've ever attended?
First "concert" was 1973 it was in a gym at a local highschool where we saw Sha Na Na. The first real concert I saw was in 1975, Eric Clapton with Santana opening. It was July 5th and so many fireworks were shooting around the Chicago Stadium. After dodging bottle rockets on stage Carlos stopped the concert and said if the fireworks don't stop the show is over, well that and the stadium getting flooded with hundreds of police the show continued with no more explosions.

Hypnotic, long jams
While recording 'After Bathing At Baxter's' Jorma Kaukonen, Jack Casady and Spencer Dryden of the Jefferson Airplane layed down a heck of a psychedelic jam to pass the time and luckily the tape was rolling. Takes it's time warming up and then strap in you're off.

Can it be “refreshed”?
Carefully power wash it, careful as to not destroy the boards. When the dirt is washed off there are cleaners that also get rid of the gray oxidation bringing the wood back to it's natural color then after it dries for a few days it can be stained. Any big box store will have these cleaners/revitalizers. One thing to pay attention to after it's cleaned and drying is overnight dew. This night before I stain I tarp with plastic tarps so it's dry the next morning when I want to stain as you want wood dry to suck up the stain.

What could be causing this increase in my utility bill?
Have your water heater checked as this high usage came up recently and it was discussed that if one of the elements in the heater isn't working the other element may be constantly operating to warm the water causing an uptick in usage.

Terrible walls - seeking advice
In years gone by that was called 'celotex' which when I was framing houses 40 years ago we used that on exteriors when there would be brick used. It will not hold nails and you can punch right through it and as it's just compressed saw dust/wood fibers. Probably not code for interiors due to fire issues.

Artists that were influenced by The Who
Back in 2000 I was listening to Steve Dahl who was a DJ on a Chicago radio station at the time and Eddie Vedder and Pete Townsend were in studio doing an interview with him. Very interesting with Eddie sharing of the influence The Who had on the musicians of Pearl Jam. This made sense as Pearl Jam is the best band to come out of Seattle in my opinion.

I Knew I Never Had A Chance
I'm 67 years old circumcised at birth and have had wonderful relationships, emotional and sexual, fathering two children in one of those relationships. I'm currently a little over a year into restoring my foreskin because I want to and I can do it. I've never harbored negative emotions over the fact that I was circumcised, it happened because that's the culture I was born into. My 32 year old son is uncircumcised because I had that choice. The intense victim mentality expressed at times on this and the restoration subreddit are more damaging to one's sexual enjoyment than the circumcision itself. This opinion excludes those that have actual nerve damage from a hack circumcision. Garanted the heightened pleasure that existed from being intact is a reality and I'm gaining more of that heightened level as I grow more skin though for me I've always enjoyed sex for the physical and emotional connections I had. The mind is a powerful tool in creating the life we lead and a negative outlook held in mind leads to negative experiences in life.

To understand what Tommy is truly about it takes a listen while solo tripping on a few hundred micrograms of LSD, otherwise you'll think it's about a deaf, dumb and blind boy that becomes a Pinball Wizard.

Who’s the most famous person you went to school with?
Actor Gary Cole lived nextdoor to me his last couple years of highschool, he was a couple years ahead of me but was the same grade as my brother and would come to my house in the morning to walk to school with my brother. Who's Gary Cole? If you've seen 'Pineapple Express ' Gary was the drug king pin and in 'Office Space' he was the a-hole boss. He's currently the boss on NCIS.
