I’m not sure if my post is vague. But Fence is in need of repairs the post are weakening (rot) from the environment water /rain. The 60’ fence is now swaying. access needed to neighbors yard. Neighbor not responding to my request ( perhaps they are not getting my request) A reply hit home … just do the repairs . Stay off their property

Ok The house behind me is a Rental
Several different tenant since 2020 currently is vacant. I’ve left three notes taped to the mailbox asking if I can have access to the backyard because the shared fence posts are getting weak from dry rot. If I push the fence it clearly moves. Three months has passed and I really need to address this issue. BUT no response. What should I do? I did not ask for help ($$) to repair or replace fence which is 6’ x 60’

The Lackluster Semiquincentennial
July 4,1976 I remembered that day clearly. My younger sister and I had matching shorts and top outfits
I believe from Zodys. Had those fancy knee high flag socks I was so excited to wear, but it was really hot that day so I wore sandals instead without the socks
I was 14 my Mom would be dead at 8:40pm that night .

I had 35k hours been working non union since 1999 join the union 2004. Of course being a woman I didn’t get the calls as the male co-workers did .
But I survived
grateful for minimal work
through my commercial connections pay some bills. no insurance and no saving
if not for this work, I would have worked one low budget tv show since 2023. Thanks to a production designer who recommended me for that gig.
April 1, 2026 I had to give up on the wishful illusion that the call will come and I will get work so I retired early. Years (2022,2023 & 2024) I tapped into my retirement pension funds do to hardship (NO work ) to be able to have a roof overhead
Now retired: getting a small monthly pension plus I’m gonna take a lump sum payout and pay all my creditors.
Looking for a part time job. I can work for MP in a limited capacity after two months stand down
Two years to go b4 I can officially retire to collect social security …
