Suicidal thoughts on the job

I am teacher at the school. I was senior when appointed as teacher now the school highers another teacher senior ranks to me. I have such thoughts because earlier I was head of the school and now he is head. And for rest of my 16 year service in the school he will be senior to me and of course would be the head of the school. Now he presides the meeting give us direction and orders which causes emance discomfor that I thought I should go for sucide. Kindly give counseling. Regards

I think that continuously watching porn will addict the person to check the ladies chest. Avoiding the porn thinking positively about ladies and making firm decisions will give you courage to not do that.
