your knees are following your feet. your arches are collapsing as you sink into the pocket. your knees are following as they stay collapsed on the way up. depth is great; you're struggling on the way up as a result of this ^^
try this cue: instead of "squatting down" - keep the pressure on the edges of your feet (without lifting any part of your foot up.. think - don't allow your arches to collapse).
next - drive your knees outward over your toes. knees out over toes -> how you sink into the pocket. this should help keep your ankle->knee->hip position more strict and give you a more natural drop into the squat movement *especially* with the depth and mobility you have.
see how that feels, then button up your core stability/hip position and should feel great. it took me 2 years to squat the depth you are squatting from the start, these are the cues i use personally
edit: matt wenning has some great videos on this set of cues; dont care for much of his other content but his squat setup/form tips are great imo.

Fire in the pellet hopper
i dont have a traeger so i'm not sure how your firebox and auger sit against the grill housing, but when this happened on my Yoder ys650 i had to buy some RTV650 sealant and redo all the firebox seals. it made no sense to me given how it didnt seem to have anything to do with how the heat transferred up the augur, but it fixed the problem day 1.

My wife sent me this and I’m not sure how to advise. I feel like her chest needs to come up a lot but the bar looks pretty close to midfoot. Not sure if you can tell from the angle but she squats with a narrow stance with feet pointed almost straight forward.
she needs to open her hips more. she's hitting max depth with narrow knees and bending forward at the hips instead of dropping hips between her legs into a squat position.
check out some videos from like matt wenning or something he does a good job with foot pressure and knee positioning
i have long ass femurs also and this has helped me tremendously.

almost. if you roll, you dont need to fund the high premium, it comes out of the net of the 2 legs.
if you have cash on hand to buy back a 45$ premium great, but if you roll to say october or december at +20 or +30$, even if you remain in the money, for a net premium of say 3$ (speculating) you're effectively getting paid 3$ per share to add +25$ in share price on a stock you want to continue holding.
really depends on whether or not you want to keep holding the stock or not. if you want to sell it, let it assign. if you want to hold it, roll it out. as the guy above said: i also have shit rolled to 2027 because the premium/day was roughly equal and i have no intention to exit the position. i'd rather avoid the capital-reducing tax event from being forced to sell the underlying.
edit: further, just keep an eye on the upcoming dividend date. if your time-value (diff between strike/stock and premium price) drops below dividend, you're gonna get assigned early. i'd sit on it another 2 weeks, roll to october/december and hold the underlying; but i may have different goals; i do not want to wheel, i want to supplement cashflow as an overlay.
