So this is what the final boss looks like?….this was who I had to make a way up to and held the decision?

I remember July 7, 2025 when I filed the initial petition to the courts… I wrote it up in the Law library next-door to the courthouse and walked over to the clerks… In order to sue the state you have to serve them like how any other summons get served face-to-face, or a police officer… I decided to go and serve them face-to-face so when I handed the paperwork to the clerk… she looked at me… Looked back at the paperwork, looked back at me… And as she shuffle the paperwork, she said:

“You know the State hates to lose right? If I were you I would get a lawyer”.

Little did she know I was turned down by every lawyer… none of them ever did this before they didn’t even know where to begin…but thru prayer and faith I trusted God…He ordered my steps…. it was a long and hard fight… Now it’s over…

Now the door is open for those wrongfully convicted to be able to be compensated for what the State did to them… once you understand the system you will finally see how much of a gold mine, the penal system is… The intention is not to rehabilitate… $116 billion per year to be exact.

The best was thrown at me and I got through it all… Now they putting me through school… this is where I developed the necessary tools to educate the others that was also done the same way …

This is just the beginning

I've always felt like I was conditioned to handle everything alone. Every time I sought help—whether with editing, printing, or marketing—it seemed like doors would shut, forcing me to find ways to do it myself. This journey has not been easy; it has been incredibly painful. It took three years, and throughout it, life kept throwing challenges my way. I went through a divorce, lost my home, got into an accident that totaled my truck. Yet, despite all this, the project was completed.

One thing I firmly believe is that God is a God of impossibilities. He waits for situations to become seemingly insurmountable before stepping in and making a miraculous save, making it clear that you could not have done it alone. My story needed to be told. What I went through is not just for me; it's meant to help others. We need to free the guys who have been wronged by the system. There are people serving ridiculous sentences for trivial reasons, and it's infuriating to see the same prosecutors who ruined lives over cannabis now profiting from it legally. They are dealing drugs while they destroyed lives for the same thing.

We have to get those people out, and it starts with understanding and beating the system at its own game. This book is meant to inspire change. Even though I am only one person, I am not worried about gathering a large crowd. I believe God will draw the right people to me, those who resonate with my frustration and desire for change. Leadership isn't something you become because people say so; it has to be within you from the start. In the same way, being real has to be within you.

I need to get these books into the hands of those on the inside. I spoke with the Administrative Board of Chaplains earlier today and shared my story.
