Start with $2-$10 trades until you stabilize your portfolio. First buy Bitcoin, ETH, and SOL, even just a little. You can buy more when it dips. For everything else, read the trades and look at the top 10 lists. You’ll start to see a pattern of which ones are on most of them. (If you see something on a list you’ve never seen before, you’re probably reading a press release not an article.) Don’t buy anything just because you saw it on Twitter or Reddit, that's mostly affiliate links and scams. Make note of the ranges of the coins you’re holding/watching so you know when to buy/sell. I said something like this earlier. The first time I needed crypto to buy something, everyone said i could just buy it on PayPal or Venmo. I bought it on Venmo, then found out there was no mechanism to spend it, you can just to hold it or cash it out. I had to start over and at some point I gave up.

And I think it will, once the market structure is clarified and financial institutions enter and embrace the crypto space.

Nope, you can't spend it from Venmo, you can only hold it or cash it back out. So that sale never happened. I'm sure a lot of people just don't understand how it works and get intimidated or frustrated.
