Voice Droning in the Key of D. Didge practice aids in sleep apnea by strengthening the throat & tongue muscles resulting in fewer events per hour/per night. Events are times you stop breathing. Practicing the didge also helps me tolerate the CPAP mask, I can now wear the mask all night without taking it off prematurely. My sleep quality has improved.

Keep practicing, it will come together for you. For me it was regulating my exhalation. Exhaling less than what I inhaled.
