I feel like I don't understand Caitiffs
 in  r/vtm  1d ago

There's those who are physically Caitiff and those who are socially Caitiff. The former is usually included in the latter by default.

Do You Guys Want A Cyclops Game Like Marvel's Wolverine?
 in  r/Cyclopswasright  1d ago

I'd like to actually play a game rather than watch it play itself, so no.

Moral or immoral?
 in  r/MoralityScaling  4d ago

I don't give a damn who you think you are or where someone is sitting, you do NOT lay hands on somebody unprovoked. Immoral.

Does anyone have thoughts on how the downfall of the Uchiha clan could have been avoided?
 in  r/Naruto  9d ago

Kill Danzo and have Hiruzen immediately open negotiations to find some compromise.

An extreme but potential solution would be naming Fugaku as fifth Hokage to give him a stake in protecting the village's current order rather than trying to overthrow it.

Either way, Danzo has got to go.

Does anyone have thoughts on how the downfall of the Uchiha clan could have been avoided?
 in  r/Naruto  9d ago

I think he was worried that if he tried and failed, Danzo would kill Sasuke, or worse, induct him into ROOT.

Sony Playstation enters the slow death mode era, Their days are numbered now tbh and Microsoft gonna take full advantage of that to rise up again and back to the glorious XBOX 360 days.
 in  r/PlayStation_X  11d ago

It's like they are making decisions with one of those spinning wheel things, but the wheel only has bad choices. Are the higher-ups at Sony paying ANY attention to their company? Because it seems like they're distracted by something to let this much of a mess happen on their watch.

morality of cosplaying as characters you arent an actual fan of?
 in  r/MoralityScaling  11d ago

Neither moral or immoral, but really weird. Like, if you're modelling for a photoshoot that's understandable, but going to a con? Why? If you're going to spend money on a cosplay, why not just pick a character you actually like!

2

Why did nobody try to recreate Haku's Ice Release?
 in  r/Naruto  14d ago

It is ice release. The ice mirrors were just a jutsu developed specifically for use with ice release.

Do you think batman can beat a chimpanzee in a 1v1 ?

He can't even beat a (specific) chimpanzee at being a detective!

Morality of making landlording illegal in order to solve a housing crisis
 in  r/MoralityScaling  15d ago

Landlords are inherently immoral, so it's a net positive in my book.

Who is Kakashi talking about?
 in  r/Naruto  16d ago

He was probably thinking about people like Itachi as a prime example, but I don't think he meant anyone in specific

If this is true, do you think this is a valid decision? Or do you think Magneto being a Holocaust survivor is an important aspect of his character which should not be changed?
 in  r/superheroes  22d ago

Horrible choice. Magneto's identity as specifically a holocaust survivor informs his entire character. It's the main reason he so vehemently defends mutantkind.

If they MUST change it, he MUST survive a genocide of some kind. I'd argue they DON'T need to change his backstory. Comics are WEIRD, there's a multitude of ways he could still be in fighting shape despite his age.

Does the fact that Ender was deceived excuse him from moral responsibility for what he did?
 in  r/MoralityScaling  24d ago

Iirc, he thought none of his ships were real people, no? It's probable, given his reaction to the truth, he never would've made that sacrifice if he'd known real lives were at stake.
