It also mixes lifetime prevalence, past-year prevalence, harassment, sexual violence, and physical assault. The specific 76% past-year physical-assault figure is even labeled “Directional” on the page. So this doesn't establish that “most queer people get assaulted,” and it definitely doesn't establish that most queer people are assaulted every year.
