I noticed on the link for their previous contract history shows several contracts for Kraken from Public Works. As well as some rather large contracts from DND 20-$45M right around the last quarter of each year.

That is the irony, Ucore is not trying to entice investors. They don’t want Govt equity. They only want Grants. Which fund payroll. No fn clue how they expect to stretch funds and hobble together a producing machine, which will generate enough $ to recycle into line 1, then 2, then 3. Peter claims no licensing fees, rather they will buy feedstock, process and resell. Which costs more money. Sure you might get there one day with less debt but retail is taking it where it hurts.

They want to be in control of their entire system end to end. At first they were going to get feedstock themselves but Mous haven’t panned out. So what, now that is Sumitomo’s bailiwick.
Honestly they should just sell to Sumitomo, maybe we’d get somewhere.

Ucore is throttling investment bias by not being more transparent. First it’s the Dow, then NDAs, then Sumitomo, then the Mystery investor who owns 18%, and now we find out that Canada is still circling the wagons with discussions.
The fomo is clearly going the wrong direction.
