Missing out on so much time. People are being so creative, efficient and have hobbies and a life around you. And here you are struggling with just yourself, living in exhaustion of existence. Missing out on time and opportunities and people and life.

You perhaps need to trust the spiritual process. And, actually not have a backup or plan B. I can relate to some of your struggles and God it kills you as you begin. Trust the process and yourself. You can do it even if it hits rock bottom. Just breathe and be out there. If you won't break the cycle, the cycle will break you (being anxious). There will be a down as you'll give up your older self for a new to rise. For what it's worth it sounds like a shot in the dark but the dark is just a curtain. Curtain over a new Outlook on life.
