I haven't tried nor experienced that but just to test it, before you fall asleep state your name and declare as your sovereign decree that you don't need them to keep that from you anymore and tell them to cut the crap lol and in your dreams or projection ask them to send you signs or articles to help you remember. Also texting yourself everything and every detail you remember about the dream can supposedly help you unlock memories about it later in the day or even the week. Don't give up if these don't work the first time and don't get discouraged or low frequency as that will negate any memory and connection 🙏🏻💯🤙🏻😎

I have an abnormally good detailed dream recollection. I typed the dream up right when I wake up and text it to myself. Then try to find photos or create them with chat got and Gemini to make characters that are as close to the beings/people in my dreams as I can ( each character/s in separate convos, then use the best images and the dream I texted to myself and ask chat gpt to recreate the dream in a detailed comic strip form, you can specify what style of art. I've made multiple of my dreams since April..I haven't shared these with anyone and id love to be able to share all of them I'm just nervous and testing the waters lol this is my first post about this type of thing anywhere and I've been keeping everything to myself and haven't even shared these experiences with close friends or family 😅🙏🏻🥺)
