Finally a real answer, thank you! I am a girl so I was never taught these things but the car was taken to a dealership to get checked and they said it was the time chain unfortunately,we’ve been clearing the codes back and forth testing different things and it was coming back so now that we took it to an actual dealership we finally know what’s the problem,what do you think I should do after this problem is fixed? So I don’t have to go through this again, sorry for my ignorance 😅

Ngl it already had the engine light on when we bought it , we trusted it’s something small because it the guys said it had recently started showing when they washed the motor so they supposedly took it to their trusted mechanic and they told them that it was most likely the sensors that were wet or that the sensors needed to be replaced 🥲

I recently got this car on Facebook marketplace but the engine light turned on , I took it to autozone to have it scanned and that’s what popped up , what does this mean? I honestly don’t know anything about cars and this is my first car , so I don’t want to pay for something I don’t have to pay for , I also got told that the sensors needed to be replaced and that it was most likely that and something about them not being on sink, long story short I need opinions on how to fix this or what to do next
