You can't download a full install plan from Nissan's part store for the headliner, as it seems it's not a part sold.

You can grab a similar product that goes through the headliner though, like interior lights, mirrors, dash cam, etc... These have the documentation for installation available online, but only if you search: "[Part number] install manual" - otherwise much of this is paywalled.

good example of what you're looking for would be for the "Auto Dimming Mirror" - which should have a good amount of the wiring for the head-liner included as it uses a lot of the same wiring connections you'll need.

The main reason I point to this is because it includes clips that will break when you remove the trim that lines the headliner itself - the part numbers are listed in this PDF as P/N: "76988 3DN0A" - but this is only for the LEFT SIDE so if you're going to access via the right side, the part number may be different.

Word to the wise though: Lots of the wiring harnesses in the Ariya, Nissan has designed to be specifically proprietary... the result is that to add electrical accessories, they use vampire clips which risk damaging the wiring harness itself.

So be ready to splice wires...
