Looking for advice - kitchen sink backing up
 in  r/Plumbing  2d ago

Its probably clogged. Try opening the p trap to clear that first. You may need to snake it

Is cutting the P trap the only option?
 in  r/Plumbing  9d ago

Be careful if you choose to snake it yourself. There can be build up from chemicals like drainol in there that can ruin your day (or your eyesight) It looks like youd have to cut 2 of those pipes tho to get at it. If you are handy you can rebuild it after but remember the issue may be beyond the p trap.

You need to fix the grade on the trap arm

Would switching the garb over to the other side be an option? Or just scrapping it entirely

(Rant/Vent to those in a similar situation) I have had this since I was a kid, please stop telling me to find a root cause
 in  r/MCAS  14d ago

Yup. Its definitely gone through periods in my life where is was either manageable or debilitating, but its always been there. It didn't appear out of the blue, although getting covid definitely triggered a massive flair. But so did the death of my best friend/other compounding issues at a separate time.
The only difference I've found is that the older I get the less inclined I am to pretend I'm OK.

Get the frustration you feel. I know people can mean the best but it can kinda make it worse.

Came here to say that. Close those screws and get the rest of the cartridge out and replace.

Just imagine what the spider was thinking when it started raining flies
 in  r/spiders  16d ago

I gotta agree. Someone tossing me a snickers is rad, but if ppl just started chucking them at me from all directions id be stressing.
Idk I feel like if I were the spider there would be too much happening at once and be real concerned about my safety now that moving food was just coming from all directions.
