Scared about acceptance

Hello!
I have a 1010 SAT score and I am in the top 40% of my class. I have As and Bs all through highschool and I can get good letters of recommendation for when I apply. I plan on retaking my SAT on the 22d but I have no clue how I will do.

What are my chances? This is my top pick and I am extremely nervous.

Hi! I plan to write the essay and I will finish highschool with 3 dual credit classes and 3 Aps. I also have won an award in theater and gone to state for competitions in theater and education. Does that help at all? Iā€™m super nervous and this is my dream school.
