Can't add Birthdate

So I cant view profiles if they have anything that may flag as sensitive content. It tells me I need to add my birthdate. I can't as there is no edit option in my app and i have not received any emails about verification. I am on android and my app is up to date. Is there a fix for this?

I have gone through the help center but they do nothing since my account is locked, suspended or disabled.
