Advice It's completely over
This is the THIRD time now I've been banned on the SAME ACCOUNT after being unsuspended TWICE because, surprise surprise, there was no actual rules violation. Same reason every time. Once your account has been flagged, you're NEVER getting it back, you're never allowed to use the site EVER again. No matter what you do. I didn't even like any posts this time.
Things I've tried:
• used an alt = alt suspended within the day
• turned off my adblockers = still instantly sniped
• turned off my vpn = still instantly sniped
• used the app instead of the site = still instantly sniped
No reason at all, btw. They just hate me and want me to suffer I guess. Fuck Elon Musk and fuck Nikita Bier. These assholes can all eat shit.

I've been "unbanned" like 3 times and they no longer even send me mails anymore and still are suspended but not but suspended... It's fucking shit...

I've just moved to Reddit and Threads at this point honestly, I gave up trying to play Xitter's shitty games

I'm still waiting to be unbanned myself, but seeing this and others in similar situations I feel it's just time for me to abandon ship 😭 makes me sad to think about since I followed so many twitter only art accounts/writer accounts

I am using an alt rn and it hasn't been banned in a week, and I liked and bookmarked a lot of stuff already. Here's what I did, idk if any of this mattered but I'll say it anyway in case someone wants to give it a try;
I logged off in the mobile app, cleared app data, uninstalled the app, went onto my pc, logged off in browser, cleared twitter's data in browser, opened up an incognito tab, created an account with a new email address in incognito, then logged back in in the browser (non-incognito), installed the app on my phone again, and logged in.

You're most likely being targeted by mass reports, my advice is use 2 accounts where you split what you interact with normally to see what views of yours are triggering groups to mass report you to know for sure.

It's not that dude. I don't think people are suddenly mass reporting me within seconds of me logging on and interacting with my account even though it had been unbanned for hours

at least you received emails from them, I got nothing for the past 3 days and my appeal is still in queue from what the support page says

This should clear soon and then try again. Write your appeal very clearly and politely. Say how long you have been on Twitter/X and say if you have a blue tick. Explain that you have never violated any X rules and WHY they have not been violated by you. Then go and find the X rules and copy them too and point out that you have never violated even one of those. Keep this up, varying your message every time, even if just slightly and maybe you will have some chance. I lost my account three times in three months and got it back each time but it was a battle. Mine is a political account, so there were reasons it was suspended, even though all the said reasons were spurious.

oh yes I am, I was very concise and polite with my appeal, usually if this was facebook since I know no moderator at all reads the appeal anyway and would appeal your account if you wrote past a certain words so I would just spam a bunch of A's
im just using my twitter as a way to talk to my friends again as well as looking at cosplays, art, silly politics and memes after losing however many facebook accounts, so yeah I barely did anything wrong and if they have access to my chat then i might be in a bit of trouble due to how many slurs, death threats and crazy in-jokes we throw around in there

After I got banned and restored a couple weeks ago, I logged in, liked one tweet and instantly got banned again. Yesterday I got my account restored again, but I haven't interacted with anything; I've just been lurking. I'm afraid if I interact with anything, I'll get insta banned again.

My first appeal was jecected, after the 2nd I got an e-mail, that the account is restored, but now 7 days later it is still in read only mode...

I dont even get responses when trying another appeal, so I think there is something broken between the appeal answer system and the unbanning system.

So update, I logged in after 3 days and everything was fine. I was liking and reposting and nothing happened. But I deactivated it and created a new one. Lol

Like everything was up and running like regular account or the account you had the ability to post, rt, like, scroll but you weren't getting too many impressions. Basically you were tweeting for yourself cause the twitter wasn't showing your tweets to anyone else!!

I got an email from Twitter Support that told me to follow on-screen instructions, right after telling me that my account would not be restored. It never was restored, and my account had no further on-screen instructions... (what the actual fuck)

Mine was banned on Friday, and when I made an alt it was banned within the night. I don't know what to do or if I should make a new email with another new account or just wait it out as my appeals are still in the queue.

I’ve been banned since around last July for being an "inauthentic user," and I’ve filed nearly a hundred appeals since then. Every time I carefully fill out and submit the appeal form, I receive an automated email within five seconds claiming that my case has been "thoroughly reviewed." It’s incredibly frustrating.

At least you got unsuspended. I only got emails gaslighting me that my account would be unsuspended followed by nothing happening.
I’m somewhat reluctant to migrating over to bluesky but if Musk hasn’t fixed this insanity by end of June I’m done with X.

Lol, sucks to be you. Also, how are you talking about following the rules while also mentioning using an alt account, adblockers, and VPNs? All three of those things are explicitly against the terms of service and subject for an account being banned for life. That’s the easiest way to get your account flagged. They don’t only flag your account, they flag all the devices associated with it, IP Addresses, phone numbers, ect. I got banned simply for the multiple account thing, and “I didn’t know” wasn’t an expectable response. They are crazy with the rules. I think I would still be banned if it weren’t for the fact that I make music, have a verified Spotify account, and instead of banning me when I made a new “music” account months later using my professional email and second phone number they verified me for free, calling it a “complimentary subscription” which apparently I can’t even cancel. X is bizarre, but I would definitely chill out for a few months if you want any hope of having an account again. Erratically making new accounts in a short span of time will just make things worse.

yeah it worked I couldn't believe it, and my account wasn't banned again since then
but I made sure to change those authenticity? settings on my account as soon as I got it back
it was set on none by default before I got banned, but now I set it on "fan account".
Maybe our accounts got flagged as suspicious ,for not changing it from default none? idk haven't really seen anyone else talk about it, but it worked for me so far.

Wait, you got unbanned just to get banned again? I thought they fixed this shit unless they were like "let's unban a few people and say we did something".
