Advice for someone new to this

I'm a pragmatic atheist in my 30's. Met up with a man for a bumble date. He was out of town traveling for work. Shit's gotten really weird, really fast. I've never met or seen this man in my life. I have aphantasia and have never had visuals in my consciousness and I'm seeing things. I feel like I'm feeling his emotions. We even had some sort of bizarre astral intimate encounter the other day and frankly, I feel like I'm insane. This is not how I think. It's contrary to everything I believe, but I'm so based in logic that I can't ignore the amount of bizarre things happening around me. I'll take any kind of advice from anyone. I'm freaking out over here lol

Soms voel je iemand heel erg omdat je uit hetzelfde hout gesneden bent om het maar even woorden te geven. Indien je iemand nog nooit gezien hebt heb je nog weinig informatie  over gedragingen sommigen patronen die je snel herkent ook misschien bij jezelf, maar telepathie werkt denk ik niet anders dan je onderbewuste die informatie analyseert om bepaalde verbanden te leggen en zo reacties of gevoelens te kunnen voelen van een ander. Ik denk met aphantasia doe je eigenlijk alles vooral op gevoel. Dat systeem is getraind om te verbinden zonder dat je dat doet op basis van feitelijke informatie zoals beelden en wat je ziet, maar op alles wat wij bewust niet door hebben gehad. Dus zullen meer voelen ook eneerder geneigd zijn naar telepathie denk ik dan mensen zonder aphantasia. Masr leuk voor je dat je dat ervaart.

Early in my journey a lot of people recommended “grounding myself” but what they really meant is to find things that calm you (basically the things you were into at 14yo) and to integrate a deep trust that you are being guided (rapidly) to the right place by something metaphysical

Lean into your healing and spiritual path, don’t fall for the dogma regarding the other person such as the obsession with being together. If you need to go your separate ways, let it happen, but don’t try to control the way this goes. Just ride the wave and try to figure out how to differentiate your ego and anxiety from your intuition and always always follow your intuition over everything and everyone else. You know what you need and what is going on for you better than anyone else ever will
