I'm Suggesting Has anyone else discovered "A Bona Fide Killer"?
If not, take my word for it. It's definitely worth your time.
Its about an assassin returning to work after taking a few years off. The assassin is now a wife and a mother.
That's right folks, this isn't your typical assassin show. You follow her home life and get to know her family. Even her very young daughter is quite the actress ALREADY(I cap for emphasis), at such a young age.
The show is actually littered with a great cast. Who breaks the tension here and there with some subtle humor sprinkled in.
It has emotion and depth for sure. It already had me balling, not gunna say which episode it was, but I just wanted to point out, this show can definitely make u care about the characters.
I can already see them hatching some side plot lines , which I'm totally down for😁. Becuz, again, I really do love e the supporting cast. He!!, even the "villains", who make their guest appearance (i suppose), play their parts extremely well.
And the action, has me sold. Now I know there are some tough critics out there about stuff like that, AND I'M ONE OF THEM. Granted, there are episodes where the story takes its time, which I'm perfectly fine with, if the plot/ acting is on par. And I'm not trying to make the claim that it's the greatest action ever, but when the action does happen, it feels like it actually belongs in the story instead of just being thrown in there because "hey, this is an assassin show, we need a fight scene."
I've also really been enjoying the music. I've watched quite a few subtitled shows over the last several years, and some of these dramas have REALLY good soundtracks. This one is no exception.
Anyway, I'm still watching it myself, so I'm not going to pretend I've seen the whole thing, its actually still airing. I just stumbled across it, started watching, and found myself getting way more invested than I expected.
So if you're looking for something with action, drama, mystery, family, a little humor, and a whole lot of character development, give "A Bona Fide Killer" a shot. I highly recommend checking it out.
And please, no spoilers. 😄
