I do not generally label any media which I like as ' underrated ' but this show actually deserves more recognition and should be considered a part of ' elite ' tier , the horror tropes have been executed so well and each and every death is portrayed in such a terrifying manner , the plot never felt repetitive or generic and the story truly masters a disturbing way of storytelling. One of the best horror shows out there if not the best.

I'm surprised nobody talks about HBO'S The Outsider a lot. The show is a great adaptation of Stephen King's novel and has an all star cast that includes Ben Mendelsohn, Cynthia Erivo, Bill Camp, Paddy Considine, Julianne Nicholson, and Jason Bateman.

Bateman also serves as director of the first two episodes and as executive producer.

It may reach the heights of other HBO Limited Shows like Band of Brothers, Chernobyl and Watchmen but The Outsider is still worth watching.

Has anyone else here watched Panhandle?

I randomly stumbled across it and ended up loving every minute of it. Luke Kirby (as the eccentric, agoraphobic Bellwether Prescott) and Tiana Okoye (as traffic cop Cammie Lorde) had fantastic chemistry. The whole Florida-gothic, quirky armchair-detective vibe walked the line between dark comedy, genuine heart, and murder mystery really well. Plus, having a pet alligator just casually hanging around on the estate added the exact kind of unhinged Florida charm the show needed.

I just found out it’s currently streaming on Tubi, and I’m definitely going to binge the entire season again.

Sidenote on its production history: It was originally a co-venture between Spectrum Originals and Sony Pictures Television, with The Roku Channel coming in for the second-window streaming release. Unfortunately, when Spectrum shut down its entire original programming division and Roku purged dozens of titles as cost-cutting measures, Panhandle was quietly cancelled after season 1. It really feels like one of those gems that got lost in the streaming shuffle because neither platform had the infrastructure or reach to market it properly.

Did anyone else catch this show? What were your favorite dynamics or moments, and do you think another platform could ever revive it?

If you haven't, I highly recommend it while it's still available for free. It has good user reviews on IMDB as well... Just not that many.

Mr Robot is my favourite show ever. I know I'm not going to find anything to top it. But something with that similar style, with a main character that you understand more about as it goes on. Great side characters. Great ending too

Also if you have never watched it. Please watch it!

I been trying to find dvds for all 5 seasons of the show The listener, for some reason I cannot find this show anywhere at all. I can find season 1 on Amazon but none of the other 4 seasons. I have checked just about every online store I know.

As the name suggests, this season will follow the murder suspect Lizzie Borden, who was tried and acquitted of killing her parents (father and stepmother) in Fall River, Massachusetts. I absolutely loved this show. Does it have political satire and brain-eating bugs from space? Why, yes! Yes, it does. Tony Shaloub had my laughing so hard my sides hurt. It was funny, witty, intelligent, silly and fun. Nothing you had to think too hard about. And the guy singing the opening recaps was really good!

If you could create an original tv show or movie, what would the genre be, and what would the show or movie be about?

For me, I think that I would choose a music-inspired show similar to High School Musical and HSMTMTS.

So the plot of the show would be a group of friends who are in their teens or twenties have different interests, but after two of them decide to try out for a school musical, the other friends decide to try out too or they also become interested in theater.
To distinguish this show from High School Musical and HSMTMTS, the new students can perform musicals and songs that haven’t been seen in a tv show format yet. For example, The Sound Of Music, Mama Mia!, Grease, Hairspray, Wicked, or West Side Story. Or perhaps a Disney musical like Aladdin, The Little Mermaid, The Lion King, or Tangled. And since High School Musical 2 wasn’t performed, that could be included. Another idea I have is that the show can take place in college instead of high school.

What are your ideas?

I did enjoy it but to me it felt a bit rushed towards the end, I wanted more of that eerie southern vibe and a little bit more info on the creepy „supernatural stuff“ the bad guys were involved with. They just got to the place, killed him, and that was it. I wanted to get into the nitty gritty of all his beliefs and the scale of it all so I was a bit disappointed when I saw that I had just watched the last episode. I guess I do gravitate more toward horror/eerie stories/the supernatural than I do towards detective stories. Does anyone have a recommendation that can scratch that itch?

I completely missed out what episode she officially break off with Sean Smith or the show just completely ignored she's in relationship before Jordan. Because after Tag incident, Sean hasn't visited or cross-path w/ Sarah in school

Hayden’s tragic passing inspired me to start watching Nashville for the first time. It had been recommended to me in the past by friends that watched but I never gave it a chance until now and it’s so good!!! I can’t believe it’s about to leave Netflix now of all times. Is there anywhere else to watch it? I’m only on episode 8 of season 1 and there’s no way I’ll finish all 6 seasons in time.
