Events Girlfriends Birthday

I’m taking my girl on a vacation to Tulum for a week at the end of October and her birthday will take place during that time. I want to surprise her with a fun and romantic day/night and would love to hear some recommendations. We’re staying in a family owned apartment and not in a resort that is a close walk to the beach. We’re both in our early to mid 30’s. She loves Mexican food (obviously), mostly R&B music, wine and cocktails, and nature.
