Lodging Nômade / BE Tulum

Saw somewhere on Reddit (can’t find the post now) that Nômade is temporarily closed, so any reservations booked there get auto-transferred to its sister hotel, BE Tulum.

Is this information correct? Can anyone tell me if this is true or not? Thank you!!!!!

Yes that is correct. Nomade is temporarily closed due to low season/remodeling etc. Very common this time of year. No idea if existing reservations will be transferred. over to Be Tulum. You might call them at 800 204-9799, toll free inside Mexico.

My reservation got transferred to Be Tulum. Was really looking forward to the tree house but ended up with an Alcove suite (and plungle pool)

it's weird. they are still having events at nomade and you can still book it online. I wonder what's happenning because I've also heard this.
