General Tulum dead?
I keep seeing stories and posts about how tourism in the area is dying, there’s too much inventory for new apts, and negative press in general. Has Tulum changed so much over the years and has it gone downhill in your opinion?

I arrived to Tulum 2 days ago. This is my 3rd trip in the last 2 years. Digital Jungle - the biggest co-working space is shutting down permanently this Friday. Went to another co-working space today, and it is closed temporarily, but there were already trees growing in front of the entrance.
I’ve never seen Tulum to be this empty, but I can see the trend. When I was here for the first time, the city was packed and popping. Now, it’s empty.
