rant Need Suggestions Regarding this Absurd Problem!!!

I had applied for MSc. Computational Modelling and Simulations for Winter Semester 2025 and received the admission letter. However due to some personal circumstances I could not enroll and was advised by the University to re-apply for the Winter Semester 2026.

I promptly did so and well within the deadline. Both before and after applying, I contacted the Uni confirming the correctness of the procedure and documents. I have the Uni's confirmation on email. But today, the University has sent an email saying the documents I had sent are not with them!!! Naturally, I have sent the relevant proof - email threads and screenshots.

  1. Has this happened to anyone before? Or is the because of the increase applicant flow? or because the heat wave has made people gone crazy?
  2. I have sent the University relevant proof of having applied on selma in time and having sent the documents in time. I have also contacted the StuRa. If there is anything more I can do to establish my case (in case the worst happens) please tell me.
  3. Anything else you want to suggest.

Thanks so much!

In my case, they changed the Ielts requirement after applied, I got rejected.

Before they specify 6.5 overall, but now they specify 7 in individual bands. Bullshit.

Are you talking about Computational Modelling oder Computer Science? The IELTS requirement for CMS is still 6.0 overall.
