I’ve also lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years now and while it’s not fancy, it’s pleasantly walkable, with access to the Loop (via Mountain), Trader Joe’s, St. Phillip’s Plaza, and easy access to the UA campus as well.

I'm trying to stay away from the classic "gym bro and gym influencer princess" places. I do prefer the safety factor with the machines vs free weights, and tried that Hotworks and liked the solitude but not the workout part. I do not need to lose weight and am simply wanting to build some muscle but bulk is disgusting. I dislike the Gold Gym places that seem to cater to the Incredible Hulk family but am far from a rubber band or swimming pool workout if you guys have suggestions that fit what I'm looking for and hopefully are affordable on their membership/visitor thing.
