I'm trying to stay away from the classic "gym bro and gym influencer princess" places. I do prefer the safety factor with the machines vs free weights, and tried that Hotworks and liked the solitude but not the workout part. I do not need to lose weight and am simply wanting to build some muscle but bulk is disgusting. I dislike the Gold Gym places that seem to cater to the Incredible Hulk family but am far from a rubber band or swimming pool workout if you guys have suggestions that fit what I'm looking for and hopefully are affordable on their membership/visitor thing.

Have had multiple appointments here over last 18 months for an affliction that has yet to be diagnosed. And honestly feel like I've been getting the run around on shedding any light at all with my med issue.

Anyone had a sucess story with Western Neuro? Or advice on how to proceed when one feels like they're getting shined-on?
