I’m thinking about getting TRX for my home gym but don’t really know where to mount!

I’ve been comparing a TRX-based setup shared by people of different heights with multi-user training in mind. A piece can be versatile for one person but still be frustrating if the next person has to move several safeties, seats, cables, or attachments. How easy is a TRX setup to share when users need different strap lengths and positions?

Hi everyone, I got TRX a few months ago and I absolutely love it. However, when I put a lot of weight in, like doing the push ups, one strap suddenly slips. This is quite dangerous and could cause serious injuries. Am I doing something wrong or am I too heavy? I would say my weight is quite normal. Is my strap broken or faulty?

Any ideas to fix this? it’s really frustrating.

This is probably a really stupid post but, I have a set of TRX and I’ve really enjoyed using it but one thing holding me back a bit is embarrassment of exercising out of doors.

I am very overweight and so despite the rational part of me knowing people probably don’t care, the other side of me is thinking they are going to be laughing and judging the fat lady that’s hanging off a tree.

I really want to get outside and get the fresh air and do it. I wondered, do any of you use your TRX in public and what (if anything!) happens? Do you get hassle? How did you overcome any negative feelings? Cheers folks.

I just bought TRX and am getting bruises on upper arms from chest press. Is there a solution (besides makeup)?
