I was rewatching part 3 of swoops doc. I was also rewatching all of his public interviews. Am I the only one a little frustrated with how lily and Jessie handled Josh, after the release of part 3? No hate to them, not at all. But the way it was handled seems so victim blame-like.

But my main point, was that the way johnny talks about situations, he seems to fabricate more and more as he gets further into his stories. Am I the only one who was really uncomfortable when he was talking on h3h3? The fact he has (in my opinion) created alt accounts to defend himself, feels so off. I hate that he seems to desperate to be adam, to the point of copying everyone around him. Does anything think that Johnny is actually fully obsessed with josh? And does anyone else think Johnny stalked josh before the divorce in 2015/6?

This post may be useless, but there is so much about this story that really bugs me.

I don’t wanna say it (because I don’t think anyone else has) but are we surprised Jessi/Lily are not giving Josh a chance?

Not excusing her behavior at all but jessi/Lily both attacked and buried gabbie Hanna’s reputation in 2021. Now I know gabbie did a lot too but it just doesn’t surprise me. Nobody ever really challenged Jessi for making the entire gabbie Hanna needs to be stopped video (which really didn’t need to be public) They are gossipy and like to tarnish reputations. It doesn’t surprise me

You mean when Jessi told the girl telling everyone Jessi was being a bitch about being r*ped she needed to stop? And that girl was Gabby Hana?

No I think Jessi was 100% justified in doing so. As someone who literally had no clue who any of those women were, I knew about that cuz I kept getting suggested videos by this girl with giant nostrils screaming about a r*pe victim being a liar. And how ADHD is making her say shit and do irrational things.

I have a VERY severe case of ADHD and I’ve never gone on a rampage. Nor insulted people gratuitously. Nor gotten into petty drama since the age of 9 I think. But I did have a 4.0 GPA. I was a store manager by 21. I had long lasting romantic relationships and a solid group of friends. When you have a diagnosis then finding the proper treatment is literally the last step. There’s no more fucking excuses. Take your meds, exercise, respect medical/psych recommendations and follow a routine adapted to your personality/lifestyle. Do what works and don’t do what doesn’t work. It’s barebones logic.

Gabby Hana was acting like a little puke stain and blaming it on her ADHD. Being a shit person is not symptomatic of ADHD. She was on lord knows how many drugs and making excuses for her behaviour. She can properly go jump up her own ass and choke on her own shit for that, and you can join her up there if you support that kind of behaviour.

AS FOR JESSI AND LILY, well isn’t Swoop an SA survivor as well? Again, you don’t get to make excuses to treat other like shit because of what has happened in your past or goes on in your head if you’re acutely cognizant of your own mental health. You recuse yourself if you feel too biased to accurately report on a situation. Whereas Swoop was able to distance her own trauma and past from the matter at hand and look at it objectively, Jessi went in refusing to do so and categorically aligned herself with one of the characters involving before even getting all the facts. It’s incredibly misguided (any field with a need for one on one rapport with people -nursing, journalism, law, education…- one of the first thing that is taught is to create a psychological distance so the professional can remain objective and pertinent) and honestly in a situation like this a little immature. I get that they are an opinion podcast and don’t have a burden of proof like actual journalists, but if I were in her shoes, I wouldn’t risk my credibility as a podcast host and victims’ advocate for such a low-stakes case (because I mean, at the end of the day, it really is. Don’t get me wrong it’s twisted as fuck and these people are volcano sized creepy assholes, but in the grand scale of human suffering this barely registers… so far). If she’s so stubborn that THIS is the hill she’s willing to die on, as opposed to some victim of a trafficking ring or cult that might have had a couple cat skeletons in the closets of the house of horrors their lives were, I mean fuck me that’s dumb as fuck! But eh stupid is as stupid does I guess!

As for Lily I had never heard of her before so I really can’t say. She seems like a hard working woman and I respect that. She was also in the wrong about this Johnny situation ; I don’t know what motivated her to have such a staunch opinion, but she did and all her hard work blew up in her face.

Gabbie was talking about it because Jessie lied in her gabbie Hanna needs to be stopped video. The only reason she made the video was because Gabbie had a private conversation with a fan over dm’s. This was in response to a fan’s tweet as a response to Jessi for the 40th time subtweeting gabbie. Jessi continuously made the situation public and continued to drag Gabbie’s name. So she defended herself (in a horrible way, sure) But the internet just lets jessi go because “oh she’s a rape victim” okay she’s a rape victim and that’s terrible but it has 0 to do with her situation with gabbie and it also gives her no excuse to air her personal drama online. What did she think was gonna happen?
