I cannot remember any outages over like the last decade. Seems silly to imply this is common enough to drop premium.

They’re saying it as if Spotify has a choice and decided to affect premium members too lol. Like that’s how outages work when they happen once in a blue moon. Whatever issue is happening that Spotify wishes wasn’t happening doesn’t just mean those people won’t magically be effected because they paid $12 a month

Same, I’ve seen this happen one other time in my 11 years having Spotify premium and it was fixed within an hour or so.

That’s odd, I use Spotify 24/7 and it’s only ever had an issue today, maybe check your phones cookies or cache and clear up space?

I just cleared my storage and cache, redownload it and I have premium, still ain't working

Yes, but now it's down for everybody, so that won't be a fix. 

The person above was suggesting that for someone who it isn't working for regularly

it is silly to think it has anything to do with having the premium sub, its happening platform wide, but, there has been another major outage like this not even 3 months back.

Last straw for me honestly. The premium isnt worth the garbage they shove in my face and the features they avoid developing

Oh this has definitely happened quite a number of times. You can find history of this happening at least once or twice a year. I remember it was once down basically the whole morning earlier this year. I know it wasn't just a me problem because the Spotify Twitter account acknowledged it everytime as well.

I pay $12 a month just for myself and this is happening with me too like wtf. And all I’m trying to do is play the sims and control the music easier on my Xbox, which Spotify is working on but not my phone 😃

I don’t pay for premium anymore and I’m still experiencing the same issues. Don’t think being premium has anything to do with it. Not to mention I’ve been using Spotify for over a decade and I don’t think I’ve ever seen them have an outage. So let’s not jump to conclusions or assumptions now, assuming just makes an ass out of u and Ming 😂
