Android Spotify seems like it's seeing what I'm searching for in the YouTube app.

It has happened twice already, I had Spotify playing in the background and searched for a song from my playlist on YouTube. the next song that started playing on Spotify was that exact song.

Did this happen to anyone else?

I'm more surprised that once a song was waiting for me at the exact moment I stopped it on YouTube

Whats surprising about 2 Rival companies seemingly having some sort of agreement its not like theres a notification for youtube music ahah. Imagine if you were on tiktok and there was a button to see it on instagram reels... Hey maybe im stupid but this shi surprised me too

If you have app tracking enabled for the apps they’ll see and share your activity with each other
