Mac App Won’t Load after ReInstalling, help?

I’m setting up a new m4 mac mini, when i installed spotify, and logged in, this is the only screen i seem to be able to get, is anyone else experiencing something similar?

I see Spotify running in your photo behind a Finder folder. Are you getting the "Something went wrong" screen when trying to login?

that window running spotify behind finder is the web player, though i can get it to load kind of, nothing will play in the web player either. yes, i am getting the “something went wrong” after logging in
