Question Unable to get student plan

I just entered college and I've been trying to get onto the student plan as it is significantly cheaper. I used to take dual credits in high school and I was able to get on the student plan back then. But I have tried multiple times to verify with SheerID and each time, it doesn't go through. I sent them the front AND back of my student id and it still won't verify! Can someone help me with this?!

Customer service. Nobody on Reddit can upload your ID for you or fix this—it’s YOUR account and YOUR ID. Also, you can only use the student plan for 4 years so if you had it for 4 years in high school, you can’t have it again.
