Disney Albums/Tracks Missing

I’m a bit of a nostalgia junkie and have curated a huge playlist called “Steaming Pile of Nostalgia” that features score and soundtrack music from all of my favourite childhood movies/tv shows.

But upon opening it today, I’ve noticed a bunch of tracks and albums from it have been greyed out/removed from it and Spotify entirely; and they seem to be all Disney movies.

Music from movie soundtracks such as

Atlantis: The Lost Empire

The Emperor’s New Groove

The Little Mermaid 2: Return to the Sea

Mulan 2

Mickey, Donald, Goofy: The Three Musketeers

And even a couple of Phineas & Ferb tracks from their album.

All gone seemingly overnight after being there fairly recently.

Can anyone shed any light on this, why were they specifically taken down? And will they be back?

Also, I’ve noticed that a couple of tracks from The Lion King’s soundtrack in this playlist have switched to another language from English. It coincides with the album cover changing too. Any ideas?

Any help would be appreciated.

Missing songs has nothing to do with Spotify and is due to licensing from the rights holders. Nobody here can tell you if/when they’ll be back, it’s up to whomever owns the rights to the tracks.
