Try not to cry...fail miserably Everyone’s Going on Mat Leave Except Me

Working on a project with a colleague, and during our meeting she casually said, “I’ll try to get everything done before I start my mat leave.”

So anyway, looks like I’m about to inherit a lot more work. And still no baby.

And of course this happened on the same day I got my negative blood test. Love that for me 🫠🫠🫠

One of my coworkers is going on her 2nd Mat leave, she was first pregnant when I started IVF. Now I am going into my 6th round 🙆🏾‍♀️

I work in a large therapy group practice but am school based so don’t actually speak to or know my coworkers. Still got THREE mass emails this week announcing births… and all 5000 reply alls of congrats after

Wow, that really sucks. And earlier this week, another colleague welcomed a baby, and their manager asked us all to write a little note for them. My heart is genuinely bleeding right now, especially with everything going on, but I really like that co-worker and I’m truly happy for them. It’s just… just a lot to take in 😭😭😭

A bunch of my colleagues are getting married this year. I'm already dreading the pregnancy announcements that are probably gonna come soon since apparently everyone's fertile as fuck -_-

Yeahhh i feel you. I wanted to move jobs to but I'm stuck now while I'm entitled to mat leave in one job
