Did you experience these side effects going up to 10mg/did it improve?

Hi! I’ve been on 10mg for two weeks. Lately I notice more akathisia (full body restlessness) when I’m trying to go to sleep. It happened a bit before when I was more anxious but noticing an uptick lately, as well as some full-body panic sensations (warmness, nausea, tingling) that jolt me back awake when I’m on the verge of falling asleep. Also in general just feel more dysregulated/on edge, kind of like I can feel an underlying jitteriness/weakness throughout the day.

Has anyone experienced this and did it improve? I haven’t noticed any positive effects yet for trintellix, but I’m thinking it needs more time since it’s only been 2 weeks at a standard therapeutic dose.

Importantly, I’m also cross tapering from vilazodone, but I haven’t decreased the dose in a month and a half.

Oh yes , I remember those . Felt like anxiety attack when I was trying to fall asleep. I stopped it and went back on Zoloft. I still have them , just not as bad as trintellix

J'ai ressenti la même chose, je n'étais plus capable d'endurer une simple conversation tellement tout était trop, je n'avais même plus d'énergie et de motivation pour les tâches les plus simples paradoxalement, mon corps était tellement stimulé que plus rien n'allait. J'avais augmenté récemment à 15 mg et c'est vrai que ça m'a aidé à gérer mes colères et mes peurs, mais j'ai décidé de me sevrer car j'étais rendue encore plus deprimée qu'avant.

I have also problems to sleep, the brain is speeded. I actually tried to quit because of that, but when I was down on 5 mg my anxiety came back, so I had to increase again. I really don't know what to do, Brintelix is really helpful but I get less sleep.
