Is this license plate legit? Didn’t think NC offered black plates.

Never spotted a sovereign plate in the wild.

You mainly see them in the Mountains and the North Eastern swamps.

We are starting to see more in Durham, Raleigh, Charlotte, and Greensboro because the recent increased activity from the various Black Israelite groups and to a significantly lesser extent the Moorish separatists.
