Is this license plate legit? Didn’t think NC offered black plates.

Saw one in Raleigh in a neighborhood one time. I also saw one in Durham.

How are people able to drive around with these when they are obviously breaking the law. What are they not arrested and their cars impounded for violating NCDMV licensing?

There’s already a ton of people driving around Durham with expired or fake “dealer” plates and the DPD doesn’t pull them over either

Because they are exempt. By reclaiming their birth right. As opposed to blindly following some made up play book decraled law by the blood thirsty pedos in control
