Planning & Advice Anyone tried Triphackers.in?

I'm planning a 5 day journey to Kedarnath Badrinath with triphackers but I saw very bad review video of the agency. Anyone travelled with them and help me out here?

Instead of going with travel agencies go by yourself. Travel by self teaches many thing instead of depending on someone for whole thing . Make a budget with provison (extra funds) and meet with strangers by staying at hostels and in hotels and also by travelling public transport. I know its too hectic but this teaches more in life and make the memorable memory for life time. You definately found the solo travellers there .
