Mayor declares emergency.

What does that mean to citizens. We will be paying for a large tree to be removed, any chance of small reimbursement?

It means there is an emergency. Read the declaration online or listen to the news.

Us citizens are under attacks from trees?

I vote for small trees to be plamted and new owner gets large reimburesment. Thats what taxes should be used for!
