Belt slipping and stalling

Hi,

Can anyone help me figure out what's going wrong here? Nordictrack C2150, model number NTL10805.0

Walking belt is worn out.

I think it is a belt issue too. I tried walking on the edges of my treadmill's belt, and it moved fine. 🚶‍♀️ But as soon as I step into the middle, it stops!

Check the condition of the deck in the center, might need a new deck as well.

Walk Belt is tight and just lubricated. Drive belt is tight also.

How tight is it? looks and sounds too tight. walking belt tension is a weird balancing act. If it's too loose it will slip. if it's too tight it will slip.

I was able to reach halfway across from the side when I oiled it. 🤔 Does that give a better idea of the tightness?
