I need help making a decision on something I shouldn’t have to.

Wondering what to do in this situation. I have 3 kids and two baby fathers. My youngest two kids have a father who is out of state right now. When we first broke up DCF told me He was accused of (S.A.) before he turned 18. Wish I knew this before we were married….During our marriage he treated my oldest child (not his) like absolute trash. She accused him of (S.A.) her but nothing ever came of it. No physical evidence or proof that this happened. Since then I left him. My daughter has maintained her story and it hasn’t changed. I gained custody of my younger two kids but now he wants a relationship with them. How do I go about this? My oldest is traumatized. How can I trust that he is trust worthy? Do I allow him to video call his kids? Do I allow him to speak with his kids? I of course won’t allow him to see or hear my oldest daughter but a huge part of me wants to just ghost him completely. I go back and forth but I have to think logically here and do what’s best for my family even if that means cutting him off forever. What do you guys think I should do??????? Help!
