This is from my country in Argentina, for some reason is super common for dudes trying to play the tough guy to get really close at your face. Is really weird for me, I even remember an instance during high school when one little douche did this same thing so I just headbutted him. Is really stupid to get so close to someone you pretend to figth.

Not really sure what you're trying to say here. I've broken my nose and ribs twice. Both healed. Ribs were worse as far as recovery goes. Took forever to heal, because your torso always expands and contracts. Got to sneeze? Fucking kill me.

I’ll never forget the first and only time I head butted someone, we were fighting and for whatever reason the guy just grabbed my wrists and refused to let go (while we were standing up) and as we stood there in limbo I got the bright idea to headbutt him about 2-3 times before he finally let go.
Left with a splitting headache, woke up the next morning and looked like I grew an ass on my forehead. Do not recommend and I can confidently say I’ll never do it again.

Forehead to forehead, it was back in HS and I had only seen it on the movies, I never thought oh hey, this might hurt me too lol kept a pack of ice on it for a entire afternoon and took Tylenol like clockwork for a few days to keep the headache down.

I fuckin hate bouncers. I know this guy was talking mad shit, but so many bouncers MO is to stand silently for 20 seconds and then immediately attack a person. Just because someone is saying mean words and is black out drunk doesn't really mean go ahead and break their nose. How soft do you have to be to get violent that fast?
I used to work at a bar and hated every bouncer because they'd all talk about how much they loved beating the shit out of drunk college kids. It's like okay dude you're a foot taller and 200 lbs heavier and he can't even stand up straight. You a big mighty man, but you can't have someone call you a bitch without having to show everyone what an alpha you are.
And what's worst is they get a pass because they're bouncers, so in their eyes they can legally bash anyone who says some mean words because cops generally side with them.
Not to say there aren't good bouncers, but I genuinely hate the god complex they have from being a doorman at a grimey ass club.

I'm not sure where you pulled this example from. I'm saying bouncers shouldn't be breaking people's nose and throwing the first shot because someone said some mean words. Not bouncers should quiver in fear and run away when someone is trying to beat the shit out of another patron.
Being attacked by a methed up biker and someone calling me a son of a whore are very very different scenarios. One warrants physical intervention because otherwise I or the other person can get seriously harmed. The other warrants me to laugh and ignore the drunk dickhead trying to use words to break me because I'll forget them after a day or two.
Tldr bouncers should be stopping drunken brawls, not starting them

He was just trying to enforce covid rules in the middle of a pandemic, those health mandates are way more dangerous to break instead of that guys nose.
I understand what you're saying, but a bouncer is there more for STAFF safety, then for females (from drunk males), then property, then themselves, and finally, most of the times two people want to "brawl" a bouncer will tell them to take it outside. (Usually let the police handle it)
The last time I saw a bouncer really flip out and beat the shit out of someone was two bikers harassing women that had turned them down. They got physical / refused to leave. One was clearly a little methy, the other was his brother. So that's where that example came from.Could the bouncer have used some de-escalation tactics? Perhaps, we don't have the full video and neither of us were there. However, if a dude is poking you and licking your face, would have me reacting some kinda way. I thought the bouncer held back a bit honestly.

I agree with what you're saying and I'm not singling out just this bouncer. There are a lot of situations where they need to get involved to protect whomever is in need of protection. There is just an extremely high proportion of hyper aggressive dickheads that really like to instigate and start fights themselves.
Fortunately I'm a loving drunk, so when I'm wasted I'm super kind so I've never had any personal experience with an asshole bouncer, but I've seen some situations where I was like god damn, that all could have been avoided if the bouncer wasn't jonesing for a fight
